A Bit About Claudia

Graduated from Oakridge High School. It was a great place to grow up if you love the outdoors; lakes, skiing, hiking, biking, fishing you name it. Attended University of Oregon’s Honors College, graduated with honors from the University of Oregon English program. Graduated with my law degree from University of Oregon’s Law School. Worked at the state park in the summers, and fell in love with the Grants Pass area. I opened my practice in 1982.

I chose to specialize in people law – Family Law (Custody, parenting time, divorce, support, property division, retirements, juvenile law) and Criminal Law (Measure 11, felonies, misdemeanors, DUIIs and other criminal matters).

I treat each case individually and tailor the solution to your case and your facts. I try to resolve cases in a manner favorable to you. However, if that is not possible, I am experienced trial lawyer able to present your trial in a clear and concise manner to the court.

I offer a one hour consultation regarding your case at about half the normal hourly rate to decide if a lawyer is in your best interests.
